Los OMV, las marcas, los revendedores y la regulación de la telefonia movil en España

En los últimos dos años, los Operadores Móviles Virtuales (OMV o MVNO) han pasado de una posición meramente testimonial en el mercado de la telefonía móvil en España, a ser los principales dinamizadores de este mercado. No vamos a entrar en detalles de su cuota de mercado, su evolución, o el futuro que les puede aguardar, ya que no es ese el interés de este post. En la actualidad en España solo se contemplan a nivel regulatorio tres figuras de Operadores Móviles que pueden, por tanto, prestar servicios de comunicaciones electrónicas de telefonía móvil a usuarios finales: 1.  Operador Móvil Radio  (OMR). Representan los 4 operadores tradicionales que disponen de bandas de espectro radioeléctrico licenciadas por el regulador: Orange Espagne SAU Telefonica Moviles España SAU Vodafone España SAU Xfera Moviles SA 2.  Operador Móvil Virtual Completo  (OMV FULL).
